The holiday marks the unofficial start of summer, and everyone loves a classic Memorial Day barbecue!  Here’s a quick recipe that you can easily whip up before heading off to any summer get-together.

Red, White, and Blue Skewers
All you need is watermelon, blueberries, and a block of feta cheese.  Simply cube the watermelon and feta to your desired bite size, stack the ingredients on a toothpick, and they are ready to enjoy!  Feeling fancy? Add a balsamic glaze for an extra layer of flavor.
