With kids home from school and the workforce transitioning to remote offices, daily routines have gone to the wind; however, keeping to a schedule has proven helpful to those stuck at home.  Wake up at your normal time, shower, get dressed, take your daily lunch break, and keep to your routine as much as possible.  Stay safe, and stay positive.  We’re in this together!
