As we at G5 are approaching the end of our 5th year in business, we wanted to take a quick minute and say a huge THANK YOU! Whether you are a current client, past client, prospective client, Company Partner, vendor, friend, or just someone who follows us in some way, we can’t express how thankful we are for your support! We truly would not be where we are today without the support of so many!
With that being said, we understand that the past couple of years have been challenging for many, and the insurance industry is not immune from many of those same challenges. Having been in the insurance business for 20 years, I can’t remember a time that has been as challenging on so many fronts. We are seeing record weather events, social inflation, rising litigation activity/costs, labor shortages, stock market fluctuations, and more that are constantly affecting the access to coverage and coverage affordability. As frustrating as it might be at times, insurance tends to be the result of the actions of many, as opposed to actions that are within our individual control and that is especially hard given the state of the current marketplace.
I don’t mean to provide this prospective to be all doom and gloom, I mention because we here at G5 are here to help in any way we can. We don’t set the individual rates that are offered by the various insurance companies; however, we may be able to offer some suggestions on reducing costs, reviewing coverages, and providing alternatives for cost cutting measures. We are also actively managing our long-term Insurance Company/Vendor relationships, while pursuing new opportunities that may bring additional insurance company options and also improvements in our client experience.
In simple terms, the team at G5 is here for you! We know that you are experiencing the pain that comes with increased insurance costs and general inflation and we will continue to partner and fight for what is best for our clients. We are not some large conglomerate of multiple insurance agencies, we are a small business, and more importantly people just like you and we will always strive to serve you in the best way we can.
