Super Bowl Sunday Recipe
Not everyone likes football. Sports fan or not, we can all have fun on Super Bowl Sunday! Some are glued to the TV screen, and others (like me) spend the afternoon glued to the snack table. If you want a crowd-pleasing app that will satisfy sports junkies and foodies alike, look no further.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While that’s warming up, mix two cups of cooked shredded chicken, a package of cream cheese, half a cup of your favorite hot sauce (I like Frank’s), and half a cup of ranch in a one quart baking dish. Bake for twenty minutes, and (if you’re feeling fancy) sprinkle with some blue cheese crumbles and green onions. Bacon is a fun topping, too!
You can scoop the dip with veggies, crackers, or corn chips. You can even eat it with a fork (sounds gross, but you’ll understand once you try it!) We hope you enjoy this Super Bowl Sunday. May the commercials be funny, the game be exciting, the halftime show be entertaining, and the dip be delicious!
