We’re “people people.” We’re an insurance agency, but the things we love about our job have little to do with insurance.

I worked with a new client this week to insure some property he had purchased. As we wrapped everything up, he reiterated how pleasant and easy the experience with G5 was. After thanking him, I explained that it’s supposed to be easy. An insurance agent exists to uncomplicate the insurance process for you.

Insurance is something we’re all required to have. Sure, insurance comes in handy when we need it. It’s a necessary evil, but the first thought that comes to my mind when I pay my bill every month certainly isn’t “gee, I sure love insurance!”

That’s where we come in. G5 was born from a question:
How do we make insurance, something we all need, a pleasant experience?

The answer? You use the right people. People people.

Insurance aside, we take pride in being people you can rely on. It’s the human side of our job that makes it so great. Providing comfort and hearing that sigh of relief, decoding complicated and overwhelming policy language, taking away the pain-point that is insurance so you can get back to doing what you love – that’s why we do what we do.
