Make It Work

The G5 Team holds an intense planning meeting each quarter of the year.  We go over what worked and what didn’t work during the previous quarter, and we use that information to plan for the coming months.

When asked what our biggest successes of the quarter were, the team unanimously said our ability to be flexible.  Being flexible allowed us to stay open minded.  It encouraged us to help our teammates when they needed and to trust our teammates to do the same for us.  Flexibility kept us resilient, creative, and motivated despite any other variables or obstacles we were met with.

When something is flexible, it is much harder to snap under pressure.  As a team, it’s our job to work together so our organization can flexibly bend, not break from rigidity.

When things don’t go your way, don’t protest.  Instead, adapt.
